How it works

This is for us to get to know each other a little better and to see whether we’d be a good fit working together. You can tell me briefly about the health issue that’s bugging you and I can see if I’m the right person to help you. (If I’m not, I’ll recommend some great people who can).

If you think we’ll be a good fit, I'll send you a link to purchase your package and book your first consultation.
I have a range of packages available with different levels of support. We can discuss the right one for you during our introductory chat. I also offer payment options on most of my packages if you'd prefer to split the cost over the duration of your package.

I’ll send you a comprehensive health questionnaire and 7-day food and lifestyle diary for you to return to me at least 3 days before our first session.
The questionnaire only takes around 30 minutes to complete but it’s invaluable as it allows me to see how you may have arrived at your current health story, research any medications and supplements you’re currently taking and identify the possible root cause of your symptoms.

Here we will delve deeper on the information you provided. This is your chance to talk, and I will listen. Then I’ll explain what I think is going on and give you some small food and lifestyle changes to get you started on your journey towards achieving your health goal. We’ll agree how many changes you feel comfortable taking on at a time, so there’s no need to feel overwhelmed. All of this in just 1 hour!

The recommendations I provide will be based on current scientific evidence and tailored for you, your specific health goals, food preferences and the possible root cause (or causes) of your health issue. I may also suggest tests or supplements that would be beneficial.

To keep you moving towards your health goal, we’ll have short, weekly catchups that will give us the chance to see how you’re getting on, adapt your plan, build on your progress and nip any obstacles in the bud. This could be over 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months or longer because slow and steady wins the prize. You can also ask me any quick questions between sessions in the secure app which you'll have access to as part of our time working together.
